Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are prepaid for access to cloud software and are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins.

Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period.

Duplicate charges, incorrect plan charges, or a verified technical issue that prevents service use will be reviewed case by case.

Email contact@deepakparmar.com within 7 days of the charge with your registered mobile number, company name, payment reference and issue details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law.
