Location data is collected only when a driver or operator submits it during a trip workflow.

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, generate documents, provide support, maintain security, prevent misuse and meet lawful obligations.

Tenant data is logically isolated so one transport company cannot access another company’s records through the application.

We apply role-based access controls, audit logging and backups. No security method is absolute, so account owners should protect credentials and promptly report suspected misuse.

We retain information while an account is active and thereafter as needed for legal, accounting, backup and dispute-resolution purposes.
